Microsoft provides a suite of business solutions across Marketing, HR, Customer Service and Sales. Among these solutions is Copilot, an AI assistant designed to improve productivity. Currently, Copilot for Sales streamlines processes for sellers by summarizing sales calls, generating personalized emails, and automating CRM updates.
